摘要
为探讨饮用水中非挥发性有机物的遗传毒性与脂质过氧化的关系,用SOS显色试验检测了饮用水中非挥发性有机物的遗传毒性,并在体外借助微粒体模型测定其脂质过氧化水平。结果显示:SOS反应与脂质过氧化作用高度相关,进而初步探讨了饮用水的遗传毒性机理。
In order to explore the relationship between the genotoxicity and the lipid peroxidation of nonvolatile organic pollutants in drinking water,the genotoxicity of nonvolatile organic pollutants was examined by SOS test,its lipid peroxidation level was also detected in vitro by microsomal modelThe results showed that the intensity of SOS response correlated with the levels of discussed lipid peroxidation in high level remarkably,the genotoxic mechanism of drinking water was restarched in further
