摘要
弹丸在发射过程中承受着复杂的载荷,这些载荷很难计算得出数值解析解。通常采用数值模拟法去仿真弹丸的发射过程,利用计算机模拟弹丸所受到的各种载荷。弹丸所受到的载荷简化为轴向载荷、径向载荷和环向载荷,并仿真模拟弹丸的初速度与实际的测试速度相一致。得出各个时刻弹丸各部分的应力值,依据材料的力学特性便可以对弹丸各部分进行强度校核,为弹丸设计工作中材料的选择提供理论依据。
The projectile is endured complicated loads in process of launching, and the numerical analytical resolutions can not be calculated from these loads. As usual, the numerical simulation is used to simulate the process of projectile launching, and all kinds of loads in process of launching are simulated by the numerical simulation. The loads in process of launching are simplified as axial load, radial load and annulus load. The muzzle velocity of numerical simulation is consistent with the actual testing velocity. So the stress value in parts of projectile is concluded by the numerical simulation every time. The strength of projectile parts is verified according as the mechanical property of materials. These can provide theory references for the choosing materials in design of projectile.
