摘要
一种采用弯曲行波驱动的弹簧定子超声波电动机,为解决该电机存在的压电陶瓷粘贴可靠性低的问题,设计了一种外伸梁式弹簧定子超声波电动机。从理论上分析了超声波电动机的驱动原理,采用正交试验设计法及有限元方法对定子结构参数进行优化设计,并对优化后弹簧定子的动力学特性进行分析,为该电机进一步实验研究提供了理论基础。
An overhanging beam spring stator ultrasonic motor which driven by bend travelling wave was researched based on the spring stator ultrasonic motor proposed previously for its piezoelectric ceramic low relibility. The driving prin- ciple of the ultrasonic motor was analyzed theoretically ; structure parameters of stator was optimized by the method of or- thogonal design and finite element; the dynamic characteristics of the spring stator was analyzed based on the optimization results. The research provides theoretical basis for further experimental study of this kind of motor.
