摘要
针对光电测量跟踪设备故障诊断智能化、自动化的要求,提出了一种故障诊断专家系统知识库的设计实现方法。通过对设备故障树的建立与分析,利用产生式的知识表示方式,结合关系型数据库工具,实现了该故障诊断专家系统的知识库。该知识库实现方法清晰明了,便于后续推理机的利用,以实现对设备故障的定位,并最后设计维修库,为故障维修提供建议。
A way of the knowledge-base (KB) designing is presented for the fault diagnosis expert system for photoelectric tracking devices to satisfy the requirement of intelligence and automation of fault diagnosis. The production way of knowledge representation is used after researching the fault tree of the device. Rules are provided for the KB and are stored in a relationship database which forms a physical KB for the fault diagnosis expert system. This KB supplies convenience for the inference machine to position a fault. A repair base is built to give advice after the fault point is found.
