摘要
针对波音777飞控系统复杂的故障级联效应会导致航线维修效率低下的问题,提出了一种基于案例与故障树推理相结合的故障诊断专家系统;分析了系统的整体架构,并结合飞控系统的结构和故障特性,重点研究了系统知识库和推理机的构造方法,解决了传统专家系统在知识表示、冲突消解等方面存在的问题;系统能快速分析故障现象,准确列出故障原因,提供消除故障措施。最后通过波音777飞控系统的故障诊断实例,证明了本系统能够进行高效、可靠的故障诊断。
To solve the problem of low efficiency of line maintenance as Boeing 777 flight control system fault cascade effect, a fault diag- nosis expert system based on a combination of case and fault tree reasoning was proposed. The overall architecture of the system is analyzed and combines with structural and faut characteristics of the flight control system to analyze in detail the complex knowledge base and efficient reasoning mechanism and solve the traditional expert system knowledge representation, conflict resolution and other aspects of the problems. The system can quickly analyze the fault phenomena, accurately list the cause of the failure and provide measures to eliminate the fault. Fi- nally, through a Boeing 777 flight control system fault diagnosis example proves that this system has the good performance of high--speed and accurate.
