摘要
目的:建立HPLC法同时测定清热解毒片中黄芩苷和连翘苷含量。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)柱(250mm×46mm, 5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水-磷酸(65:15:19.5:0.5);流速:1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长:230 nm。结果:黄芩苷线性范围1.42～22.78μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.2%(n=5);连翘苷线性范围1.12～17.92μg(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为95.9%,RSD=1.0%(n=5)。结论:方法专属性强、准确、快速,适用于清热解毒片的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and phillyrin in Qingrejiedu tablets. Method： The Kromasil Cl8 column （250mm×46mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-aeetonitrile-water-phosphoricacid （ 65 ： 15 ： 19.5： 0.5 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. The detecting wavelength was at 230 nm. Result： The calibration curves were linear within the range of 1.42 - 22.78 μg for baicalin （ r = 0. 999 8 ） , and 1.12 - 17.92 μg for phillyrin （ r = 0. 999 5 ）, respectively. The average recovery rates were 98.2% and 95.9% （ n = 5 ） with RSD of 1.2% and 1.0% , respectively. Conclusion： The method is rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Qingrejiedu tablets.
