摘要
目的:建立新药抗病毒滴丸中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法ODSC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈水(24∶76),检测波长277nm。结果:连翘苷线性范围为0.4～2.4μg,平均回收率99.6%,RSD为1.97%。结论:方法可靠,简单可行,为控制抗病毒滴丸的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective: To set up a method for determining the phillyrin in Kangbingdu dropping pills. Method: HPLC method, the shimadzu ODS C_(18) column ((4.6) mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used,mobile phase:Acetonitrile-water(24∶76),the detecting wavelength was at 277 nm.Result: The standard curve was linear within a range of (0.4)～(2.4) μg.The average recovery and RSD were (101.6%) and (2.2%), respectively. Conclusion: This method is accurate,reliable, and can provide a scientic index for quality control of Kangbingdu dropping pills.
