摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定炎可宁片中黄芩苷的含量。方法以ODS柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)分离黄芩苷,以甲醇-水-醋酸(40∶60∶1)为流动相,检测波长274nm进行测定。结果黄芩苷峰与其他组分的分离度为5.0,理论塔板数以黄芩苷峰计算为25870;平均加样回收率为99.0%(n=6);RSD为0.89%。黄芩苷在0.25~2.5μg范围内,进样量与吸收面积值呈良好的线性关系。结论该法测定炎可宁片中黄芩苷的含量,结果准确,重复性好。
Aim To determine the content of baicaline in Yankening Tablets with HPLC. Methods Baicaline was separated on spherisorb C18 Columu by using methanol-acetic acid-water(40: 1:60)as a mobile phase and UV detection wavelength at 274nm. Results The resolution was 5.0. The number of theoretical plates calculated for paeoniflorin peak was 25 870. The average recovery of the added index was 99.0% ( n =6). RSD during determination was 0.89%. There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of baicaline and the absorption area value in the range of 0.25 - 2.5 μg. Conclusion The method is highly reproducible and accurate.
