摘要 本文介绍了多种微生物检测方法,尤其详细介绍了恒温扩增技术。并对这些检测方法的原理、应用及发展前景进行了详尽的阐述。 The detection methods for food microorganism, especislly the Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification were introduced in this paper.The principle, application and develop foreground of these methods were also introduced.
