摘要
针对氧枪定位控制的特点,采用模糊自适应PID控制策略对PID参数进行自整定,来实现氧枪的定位控制。在给出模糊控制器的详细设计方案的基础上,对被控对象进行了仿真。结果表明,与常规PID控制方法相比,模糊自适应PID控制具有较好的稳态和动态性能。
In light of the characteristics of the lance position control the PID parameters are adjusted by means of the fuzzy PID self-adaptive scheme so as to realize the control of the oxygen lance positioning. The controlled object is simulated on the basis of drawup of a detailed design plan of the fuzzy controller. Results show that in comparison with the conventional PID control method the fuzzy self-adaptive PID control is featured of better static and dynamic performance.
