输尿管结石108例治疗的临床研究

摘要 随着体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)技术及各种内窥镜手术技术的发展和成熟,输尿管结石治疗模式发生了较大改变。我们自2007年3月至2008年8月应用输尿管镜等治疗输尿管结石108例。一、资料与方法:1.一般资料:本组108例,其中男59例,女49例。年龄17~73岁,平均39岁。左侧46例,右侧65例,其中双侧同时治疗3例;上段43例,中段20例,下段48例。术前做泌尿系B超和排泄性尿路造影(IVP)或泌尿系水成像,结石横径0.6~1.5cm.
