摘要
目的探讨磁共振泌尿系水成像（MRU）在医源性输尿管损伤中的价值。方法对12例因妇科或直肠手术损伤输尿管的患者进行MRU检查。结果所有12例输尿管损伤的患者均一次MR检查成功，定位及定性准确率均为100％，均为下段断裂，其中单纯断裂8例，断裂合并尿瘘4例，均伴有损伤侧输尿管扩张和肾盂积水。结论MRU可以取代其他检查方法而对医源性输尿管损伤作出明确诊断。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance urography（MRU） in patients with iatrogenic ureteral injuries.Methods 12 patients with iatrogenic ureteral injuries who were performed with gynecological and rectal operations were examined. Results MRU examination succeeded in all 12 patients and the sites and characters of injures were distinctly shown.The accuracy of MRU in the detection of the locations and characters of injuries was 100% .The injures were all located at lower segment of the ureter, in which 8 patients with pure severed,and 4 with severed and urinal leakage, all accompanied by dilations of ureter and nephrydrosis. Conclusion MRU is helpful for the diagnosis of iatrogenic ureteral injuries and may replace other examined methods.
