输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的并发症及预防 被引量:26

摘要 目的:探讨输尿管镜钬激光腔内碎石并发症的发生原因与预防措施。方法:分析9例经输尿管镜钬激光碎石出现并发症患者的临床资料。结果:术中发生输尿管穿孔2例、输尿管口损伤2例、因输尿管迂曲折叠成角2例致输尿管镜无法通过均改开放手术,1例因术后发现输尿管下段狭窄伴同侧上尿路积水再次行输尿管再植术,2例因输尿管结石术中发生结石移位而改行体外冲击波碎石术,均获成功。结论:选择合适的病例及提高碎石技术水平,是降低输尿管镜钬激光腔内碎石并发症的重要措施。 Objective: To study the cause of complications associated with holmium laser ureterolithotripsy. Methods:Cllnical data of 9 patients with complications were analyzed. Results:Of all the cases, ureteral perforation occurred in 2 cases, ureterostenosis in 1 case. Two cases were abandoned because of the stone migration to renal pelvis. Two cases were stopped clue to the torsion of ureters. Two cases were noted having ureterostoma injery. Conclusions: The skilled operation and strict indication are important for reducing complications.
