摘要
肿瘤的增长和转移依靠肿瘤微血管的生成为其提供营养和途径。研究表明,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)与许多恶性肿瘤中的微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)有关,bFGF表达越高,其肿瘤组织中MVD也越高,表明bFGF与恶性肿瘤的血管生成关系密切。
Tumor's growth and metastasis depend on formation of tumor's microvessel to provide nutrition. Studies have shown that basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) has relationship with microvessl density in malignant tumor, the higher expression of bFGF, the higher microvessel density (MVD) will be, which indicates that bFGF has closely relationship with angiogenesis in malignant tumor.
