摘要
针对煤炭存查样的特点以及国内各实验室多年的习惯做法,笔者结合自己在实践中遇到的问题,建议实验室在受理委托业务时,在煤样的存查签封事项上应对委托方有告知义务。
According to the features of pack checking samples, it is suggested that, based on the many years＇ experiences of domestic laboratories, the laboratory is obligated to inform the client with the information of packing, checking, signing and sealing of the samples when a business work is accepted.
