煤质快速分析仪多功能集成设计方法

摘要 介绍多功能煤质快速分析的设计理念与设计方法,包括多功能进样称样器设计、多温区炉设计、多功能集成设计与控制方法等。该分析仪已实现了煤的工业分析、全水分测定、发热量计算、飞灰可燃物测定和热重分析等5种功能的集成,可满足动力用煤与煤炭港口对煤质快速监督及配煤操作的要求。 The design idea and method of multifunctional rapid coal quality analyser has been presented, including design of multifunctional weighing system for incoming samples, design of furnace with multiple temperature regions, multifunction integrated design and control method etc.. Using the said analyser, the integration of five functions, namely proximate analysis of coal, determination of total moisture content in coal, calculation of the calorific value of coal, measurement of the calorific value of coal, measurement of unburnt combustibles in fly ash, and thermogravimetric analysis of coal, has been realized, satisfying the requirements of rapid coal quality supervision and coal - blending operation in power plants and coal - shipping ports.
