摘要
随着社会的进步和生活水平的提高,加之由环境污染造成的食品安全问题频繁发生,致使人们越来越关注食品的质量和安全卫生。作为食品生产基础的农产品,其质量安全成了食品安全的重中之重。针对农产品生产的全过程(生产、加工、运输、贮存和消费),讨论了现阶段我国农产品质量安全中存在的主要问题,分析了问题存在的成因,并针对农产品质量安全的全过程管理提出了对策和建议。
With development of society and improvement of living standards, together with frequent occurrence of food safety problem caused by environmental pollution, there is a growing concern about food quality safety and health. Agricultural products are the basis for food production. The quality safety of agricultural products has become most important aspect food safety, This paper focuses on entire process of agricultural, namely the productiotl, procession, transportation, storage and consumption of agriculture products, The main of the quality and safety of agricultural products are discussed. The causes of the problem are analyzed countermeasures and suggestions are given for the whole management process of agriculture produets quality safety.
