摘要
目的研究Ⅱ类错功能矫治前后牙、颌骨和软组织之间的关系,为临床诊治提供参考。方法对代表牙、颌骨和软组织的4项指标在功能矫治前后的数据进行曲线拟合。结果功能矫治前后4项指标的关系发生明显改变。结论功能矫治通过改变上切牙的突度和上、下颌骨的矢状关系可以改变软组织侧貌。
Objective To establish mathematics models before and after the functional treatment of the key indicators. Methods Curve -fitting polynomial approach to process key indicators was carried out. Results Great changes took place between hard - tissues and soft - tissues before and after functional treatment of Class Ⅱ malocclusion cases. Conclusion The functional treatment could effectively improve the profile of soft - tissues by correcting the protruding upper incisor and maxillary - mandibular sagittal relationship.
