基于SSR-PCR标记的不同种群玉米种质遗传多样性研究 被引量:10

摘要 利用SSR-PCR分子标记对硬粒型、马齿型、半马齿型、爆裂型、甜质型、糯质型6个种群共72份玉米种质的遗传多样性进行了分析研究。57对SSR引物在供试材料中共计检测出222个等位基因位点,每对引物检测出2~8个等位基因,平均3.89个。试验材料间Nei’S遗传距离变幅为0.0793~0.6637;爆裂型、甜质型、糯质型3个特用玉米种群内材料间平均遗传距离明显小于种群间平均遗传距离,3个普通玉米种群(硬粒型、马齿型、半马齿型)则表现为种群内、种群间平均遗传距离无明显差异;特用玉米种质间遗传距离变异幅度总体上小于普通玉米种质间以及特用玉米与普通玉米间遗传距离的变异幅度。根据UPGMA法,将18个特用玉米自交系分为3个组,与其种群划分基本相符。供试大部分普通玉米种质均可划入以标准测验种为代表的5个杂种优势类群中,而又以PB群、旅大红骨群和BSSS群为主,分别占31.5%、16.7%和14.8%。 Genetic diversity of 72 maize germplasm resources from 6 groups was studied by SSR marker. 57 primers detected 222 alleles among the tested materials and per primer detected 2-8 alleles. Nei' s genetic distance varied from 0.0793 to 0.6637. The average genetic distances of the materials within the three special corn groups (popcorn, sweet corn, waxy corn) were smaller than those among them significantly. To three normal corns(flint corn, dent corn, semident corn), there were no significant differences of the average genetic distances within the groups or among the groups. Variation range of genetic distance among the special corn groups was smaller than among the normal corn groups and between the two types also. Based on cluster analysis by UPGMA, 18 special corn inbred lines could be divided into 3 groups, and results were consistent with their group classification. Most of tested normal corns could he divided into 5 heterotic groups and mainly belonged to PB (31.5%), LUda Red Cob (16.7%), and BSSS(14.8%).
