摘要
用马来酸酐(MAH)对氯化聚丙烯(CPP)在溶液中进行了接枝,以水洗法代替丙酮萃取法脱除了接枝物(CPP-g-MAH)中的副产物聚马来酸酐。对水洗接枝物进行了红外光谱表征和附着力、溶解度参数的测定,考察了温度、时间、加水量对水洗率的影响。结果表明,温度的影响最为重要。当温度90℃、时间2h、加水量325mL时水洗率最大;采用水洗法制得的接枝物是可以使用的,未发现其使用效果与传统的丙酮分离法得到的产物有明显的差别。
Chlorinated polypropylene was grafted with maleic anhydride in solution. The by-product of polymaleic anhydride was removed via water-washing method instead of acetone extraction, Samples after washing were characterized using infrared spectrum. The effect of temperature and time on the water washing was tested. It was found 90 ℃ constituted the optimal washing temperature. The products from water washing made no difference from those with traditional acetone extraction.
