摘要
用溶液法合成了4种氯化聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐接枝物(CPP- g- MAH) ,并初步进行了表征。在此基础上,从溶液的分层情况、混合物涂膜的光泽度和树脂的溶解度参数方面对氯化聚丙烯及其接枝物与344#醇酸树脂的混容性进行了考察,研究发现氯化聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐是改善其与344#醇酸树脂混容性的有效方法,随着马来酸酐接枝率的增加,氯化聚丙烯和344#醇酸树脂体系的相容性逐渐改善,当接枝率达到5%时,体系具有良好的相容性。
Four kinds of CPP-g-MAH were synthesized by solution method, and characterized by means of FTIR. At the base of above works, the compatibilities of CPP and CPP-g-MAH with 344 # alkyd resin were systematically investigated by the determination of the stabilities of the 344 # resin-CPP-g-MAH-toluene solutions, the glossiness of the blend films and the solution parameters of the resins. The result showed that grafting reaction was an effective method to improve the compatibility of CPP with 344 # alkyd resin. The compatibility became better and better with the increase of the MAH grafted rate, and the blend system became compatible when the maleic anhydride grafted rate was up to 5% (weight percentage).
