The Research Progress in Terms of Repairing the Facial Nerve Defect

摘要 面神经因其解剖结构易受到各种因素影响而缺损。其传统修复方法是以自体神经移植修复,虽然其效果较好,但因其来源而受限。目前,研究者们已经找到一些不同的材料来桥接修复面神经缺损,如同种异体神经、人工神经等,但这些修复方法仍有其自身的局限性,有待进一步研究和探讨。本文是对周围性面神经缺损的各种修复方法的研究进展作一总结。 Because of its anatomic structure, the facial nerve can be easily affected by different kinds of factors, which will cause defect of the facial nerve. The traditional method of repairing the facial nerve defect is by way of autologous nerve transplantation repai- ring, whose effect is comparatively good. However, this method is limited due to the sources of autologous nerve. At present, the researchers have found many different materials for bridging and repairing the facial nerve defect, such as allogeneic nerve and artificial nerve, ect. However, these methods still have their limitations and need further study and approach. This article is a summary of research progress about the different repairing methods of peripheral facial nerve defect.
