摘要
中国高校辅导员制度的出现、沿革、发展迄今已经有50多年的历史,但是高校辅导员至今仍然没有成为一种严格意义上的职业和专业,高校辅导员及其辅导员工作的职业化和专业化进程仍然处于一种起步阶段。从2004年中央16号文件下发之后,高校和研究者正式把高校辅导员的职业化和专业化提上研究日程,并提出了很多有意义的观点,各高校也根据实际情况做了一些有益的尝试,但总是缺乏一种长效机制。实践证明制度建设对助推高校辅导员工作职业化、专业化具重要性。
China college tutor system has been over 50 years from emerging, reform to development, while college tutors have not come to the standard of professionalization and specification, which is still a start in the process. Since the issuing of the Sixteenth Document of the central Committee of CPC in 2004, colleges and researchers have begun to research on college tutors' professionalization and specification and proposed many productive views, lots of universities and colleges also made many trials in accordance with their different situations, but lack a long--time mechanism. The over fifty years' practice has proved that system construction is very important to college tutors, professionalization and specification.
