摘要
辅导员工作是高校学生工作的重要组成部分,辅导员制度建设是高校德育建设的重要内容,当前对地方高校辅导员制度建设的变革与创新十分迫切。本文针对新建地方高校辅导员制度建设中存在许多迫切需要解决的问题,围绕辅导员的专业化制度建设、辅导员的管理制度建设、辅导员的进入和退出制度建设,以及辅导员的激励制度建设等四个方面展开论述。
Instructors play a very important role in the administration of institutions of higher learning and instructor system＇s development is a crucial part of moral education in the institutions. Establishment of a new instructor systme in local institu- tions of higher learning is characterized by some distinctive features. Meanwhile, there are some problems demanding prompt solution. At present, it is in urgent need of innovating the current instructor system in local institutions of higher learning so as to conform to the reform in higher education.
