摘要
目前计算机化能谱分析仪广泛使用于在线分析,但测量速度偏低、精度不高。本文介绍基于FPGA技术设计的多道脉冲幅度分析器系统,其控制核心是FLEX10K。利用VHDL进行程序设计。采用USB 2.0接口芯片ISP1581,实现与PC的高速数据传输,使多道分析仪的信号处理速度、测量精度明显改善。
Computerized energy spectrum analyzer is widely used for on-line analyisis, but its measurement speed is slow and accuracy is not high enough. This paper describes a data acquisition system designed on the basis of FPGA for multichannel energy spectrum analyzer. The FLEXIOK is used as core for control, and VHDL is used for programm design. The high-speed data transmission of PC is achieved by using USB 2. 0 interface chip ISP1581, so that the signal processing speed and accuracy of the multichannel energy spectrum analyzer are enhanced obviously.
