介绍了自动寻峰、谱数据的光滑、能量刻度、峰边界道的确定和峰面积计算等能谱数据的数学计算方法,并对现场总线实时谱数据处理方法及软件开发做一探讨。
This paper introduces the calculation of energy spectrum data such as peak automatic finding, smooth treatment and scaling of energy spectrum data, peak edge determined and peak area calculation.The data real - time treatment in product line and software programming are researched.
