摘要
在在线煤质分析领域广泛使用计算机脉冲高度分析器,但其分析速度偏低、测量精度不高。我们设计了一种用于γ射线煤质分析的基于串口8192道的高速多道脉冲高度分析器,使用以AT89C52作为控制核心的单片机,以高速低功耗的A/D芯片ADS7807作为模数转换器件。实验表明,该多道脉冲高度分析器的信号处理速度提高了近一倍,测量精度也得到明显改善。
The computerized pulse height analyzer is widely used in the field of on-line coal quality analysis, however, its analysis speed is low and its accuracy is not high enough. We have designed a high-speed multichannel pulse height analyzer based on a serial port with 8192 channels for the analysis of coal quality by γ-ray measurement techniqne. A single chip computer with an AT89C52 as the core is used for controlling and a high-speed, low-power consumption ADS7807 A/D chip is used as analog-digital transform device. The preliminary performance test shows that the signal treatment speed has increased 2 times and the measurement accuracy has improved considerably.
