摘要
分析了供应链环境下质量风险的形成机理及特点,从核心理念和具体操作两个层面研究了供应链质量风险事件发生后的应急管理问题,提出了以供应链的最终产品质量风险为对象的应急管理模式。
Based on the analysis of coupling mechanism of supply chain quality risk and its characteristic, this paper discusses quality risk disruption management in supply chain from core conceptional level and operational level respectively, and finally provides a disruption management model which faces to the final products of supply chain.
