摘要
我国对质量风险的研究还处于起步阶段,如何建立质量风险管理推进产品不断改进和完善是一个值得研究的问题。本文介绍了质量风险管理的概念,阐述了企业推行质量风险管理的具体流程,希望能将风险管理融入质量管理中并不断持续改进,提高企业质量风险的应对和控制能力。
The research on the quality risk in China is still at the starting stage,so that it is worthy to research how to establish the quality risk management to promote the improvement and perfection of the product. This paper introduces the concept of quality risk management,and expounds the concrete process of the enterprise implementation,excepting to include risk management into quality management,as well as improving the response and control ability of enterprise quality risk.
