摘要
文章介绍了丹麦CVU Oeresund学院护理本科生临床实践教学的安排:在课时设置上,加大实践课的比重;在实践中由专职教师进行临床带教,并运用Gibbs所提出的反思式学习法的循环模式,促进学生创新能力的培养。这些做法都值得我们借鉴。
This paper introduces the clinical education arrangement for undergraduate students of Nursing Faculty of CVU Oeresund in Denmark:The credits of clinical practice subjects account for a considerable proportion of curriculum's. Special teachers are arranged to instruct the practice students. The reflection learning based on reflective cycle advanced by Gibbs is applied to clinical education, so as to promote the innovation ability of students. The measures above are good for our reference.
