摘要
随着经济全球化进程的加快,国际商业交流日益频繁,文化因素作为商业谈判中的一项重要变量,无处不在地影响着人们的谈判态度和谈判行为。唯有从语言、价值观、伦理与法制观念等方面对不同文化造成的差异进行深入了解,才不会在处理文化差异上出现偏差,使商务谈判顺利进行。
