摘要
研究了鞘细菌处理生活污水的效果和条件,结果表明鞘细菌处理污水的能力比较强。适宜的条件为:环境温度为20℃,培养36 h的鞘细菌以3%的比例投加到100 mL的生活污水中,处理48h,COD去除率可以达到90%以上。研究结果显示污水的COD及C/N对处理效果均有影响。
The sheathed bacteria＇s ability to deal with domestic sewage was studied. The results show that the bacteria＇s ability to deal with sewage is strong. Appropriate conditions are as follows： ambient temperature is at 20 ℃, 3% sheathed bacteria which has been cultured 36h is added to 100mL the domestic wastewater, to remain 48h, removal rate of COD can reach 90%. The results show that the COD and C / N of effluent can affect the treatment.
