摘要
学校认同是学生对学校价值观等精神文化的认可而产生的自豪感和归属感,农业院校学生对本校认同危机的具体表征主要有:方向感丧失与定位的偏差、对教师权威的怀疑以及对所学专业缺乏兴趣等;影响学校认同的相关因素包括学生个体、学校内部、学校外部环境;学校应开展心理辅导、增强学术氛围、丰富实践活动、实施典型示范化解学生对学校的认同危机。
Based on the summary of references on university students＇ identity crisis, this paper analyszes the typical presentation of agricultural universities students＇lacking of recognition of their school： loss of self-confidence and being puzzled about the future, the suspicion of teachers＇ authority as well as lucking interests in the study of their own majors. This paper also analyzes related factors of school tripartite identification in the following aspects： individual students, schools,the external environment; and brings forward some effective ways to solve the problem, such as psychological counseling, strengthening the academic atmosphere in the university, enriching practical activities, implementing of a typical model.
