摘要
在全国大学生就业形式比较严峻的情况下,大学生的择业心态成为主宰其能否尽快就业的重要因素。本文对农业院校大学生的择业心态进行了调查,调查显示,农业院校毕业生存在较为复杂的择业心态和高期望与低自信之间的较大反差。帮助大学生树立正确的就业观念,调整就业心态,为学生提供就业信息,分析就业形势,实现顺利就业,是农业院校的重要工作任务之一。
