摘要
结合作者班主任工作实践,阐述了新形势下农业院校学生的特点和班主任工作的重点和难点,为做好农业院校班主任工作开展提供了有效的方法。
Combining author＇s practice ,this article analyzed the students＇ characteristics in agriculture colleges, and the main points as well as difficulties in the work of form teachers, then offered good methods to college teachers to manage classes.
