摘要
由于浮石混凝土中浮石骨料多棱角、表面粗糙,开放孔多而密集,故其拌合物和易性差,耗水泥量多,应用时,尤其是配制低强度浮石混凝土时,浮石混凝土拌合物多处于贫浆状态,施工质量差。通过采取掺引气剂的方法,研究引气剂掺量对贫浆浮石混凝土拌合物的和易性及其强度、抗冻性、保温性等影响规律,提出贫浆浮石混凝土中掺入适量引气剂的必要性和合理性,并确定出引气剂适宜掺量范围。
Because the pumice coarse aggregate has rough surface, more edges, corner and open holes, the workability of the fresh pumice concrete is often bad, or more cement mortar is consumed. In practice, particularly in low strength pumice concrete, the fresh pumice concrete is often in poor cement mortar, so the construction quality is often unstandard. In this paper, the influence of dosages of the air-entrained agent was discussed on the workability of the fresh lean pumice concrete, strength, frost resistance and thermal insulation properties etc. The necessity of adding the air-entrained agent in the lean pumice concrete was expounded and proved. The rational dosage range of the air-entrained agent was proposed also.
