摘要
文章以建筑工程作为对象,探讨了绿色施工技术的现场实施及动态管理相关的问题。首先结合我国建筑行业发展的情况对其进行了简要概述,随后介绍了绿色施工动态管理模式,分析了其中存在的问题与不足之处,并对其原因进行了深入探讨。以此为基础,重点结合工程实践经验从降低能耗、节约成本、改善性能、施工准备、方案编制、施工实践方面具体阐述了建筑工程绿色施工技术的现场实施方法与动态管理策略。希望通过文章的初步论述可以引起更多的关注与更为广泛的交流,为该方面的理论研究工作、施工管理实践工作提供一些有价值的信息,以供参考。
This paper takes the construction project as the object, to explore the implementation of the green construction technology and dynamic management related issues. First of all, combined with the development of construction industry in our country, the paper carries on the brief overview, mainly introduces the green construction dynamic management pattern, of which the problems and deficiencies and the reasons are discussed; on this basis, we focus on the combination of engineering practice experience from reducing energy consumption, cost savings, and construction preparation, plan, construction method and dynamic management strategy of implementation of green construction technology in architectural engineering field are set forth in detail. we hope that through this preliminary discussion to attract more attention and more extensive exchanges, aiming to provide some valuable information for research work in the future.
