摘要
目的探讨精神科护士工作积极性的影响因素。方法自制问卷调查表进行问卷调查。结果工作压力大、工作倦怠者占69%,没有个人成就感者占81%。职业的高危险性;社会地位低,缺乏理解与尊重;管理者的素质不高与方法不当;自身职业满意度低,缺乏有效的政策支持等是工作积极性的影响主要因素。结论国家给予政策上的支持,提高工作人员待遇;社会理解、关心和尊重管理者采取合理措施,实行人性化管理;合理使用精神科护理人力资源等可以有效提高精神科护士工作的积极性,促进精神科护理事业的发展。
Objective To investigate the influence factors of psychiatric nurses' work motivation. Methods Questionnaire survey conducted with self- made questionnaire. Results 69 % of psychiatric nurses work pressure, job burnout, 81% of the psychiatric nursing staff have no sense of personal achievement. High- risk occupations; low social status, lack of understanding and respect with the quality of managers; their own professional satisfaction low, the lack of an effective policy support, and so is the impact of psychiatric nurses working enthusiasm of the main factors. Conclusion The countries for policy support and improve treatment of psychiatric nurses, social understanding, concern and respect for the psychiatric nursing staff; managers to take reasonable measures to implement humane management of the rational use of psychiatric care can effectively improve the human resources Psychiatric nurses work enthusiasm, to promote the development of psychiatric care.
