摘要
研究了影响杏组织培养、生根、驯化及移栽的因素,建立了杏试管无性系建立—组培快繁—生根—驯化移栽1套完整且较为简单、有效的技术体系。结果显示:温室锻炼30 d,打开瓶盖再炼苗2 d效果较好,结合移栽后塑料薄膜保湿5 d再逐渐通风,成活率可达75%以上。
The main factors influenced the tissue culture, rooting, domestication and transplanting of apricot were studied.
