One of the most important contributions of Embodied Philosophy and Cognitive Linguistics is the detailed account of a new language property--embodiment, which is evidenced by the latest discovery of neural science abroad and the new proposition of Cog Hypothesis, Connectionism and Spreading Theory, and Neuron Simulation Theory. Based on these new findings, the Berkeley Cognitive Linguists in America have established simulation semantics, thus opening a new path for the explanation of formation and working mechanism of language and metaphor from the viewpoint of neural science, which has really inspired all the Cognitive Linguists around the world. The new development has also made us realize that language embodiment is not at all a simple hypothesis, and we needn' t be satisfied with the proofs from within the language examples, but the latest discovery of neural science has offered a powerful evidence.
