摘要
冲压是板料成形的主要方法,而弯曲回弹又是其中的重要成形工艺。板料成形后的回弹是很多冲压成形工艺中常出现的缺陷。采用有限元法对板料冲压成形过程进行数值模拟来预测回弹是提高板料冲压成形的一种可靠方法。文章对板料成形数值模拟常用的动力显式和静力隐式算法进行分析,得出将两种算法综合使用最合适。
Stamping is one of the most common sheet metal forming technique, and bending types of forming operation is the most important process of sheet metal stamping. Part shape error due to springback is common manufacturing defect in sheet metal forming processes. To use FEM to predict the springbaek in sheet metal stamping is a reliable approach. In this paper the conclusion can be drawn that the integration of use the dynamic explicit and static implicit approach in the numerical simulation in sheet metal forming is the most suitable approach.
