摘要
以板料成形非线性有限元分析软件eta/DYNAFORM为平台,对汽车中门口边梁冲压成形进行数值模拟仿真。详细论述了板料冲压成形数值模拟的理论和主要步骤,通过反复模拟,找出合理的工艺参数,得到合理的冲压工艺方案,对该产品的结构、工艺和模具设计起到良好的指导作用。
The drawing process simulation of boundary beam of doorframe on the dynamic explicit nonlinear finite element software eta/DYNAFORM.The theory and main steps are briefly discussed in the paper, through repeated simulation,find out the reasonable technical parameters and the reasonable stamping process program.The results can provide a good guidance for the design of product structure,processing and mold design.
