摘要
目的:比较硅烷偶联剂对VITA Mark Ⅱ可切削陶瓷的粘结强度的影响。方法:将切割好的72个瓷片经打磨酸蚀后随机分为2组:实验组应用硅烷偶联剂,对照组无处理。每组再分4个亚组,与4种粘结材料(RelyX Veneer、Panavia F、RelyX Unicem和FL-BOND+Beautifil Flow)粘结,万能材料试验机测其剪切强度,扫描电镜观察粘结界面。结果:对照组中RelyX Veneer、Panavia F和RelyX Unicem的剪切强度显著高于FL-BOND+Beautifil Flow的剪切强度(P<0.05)。实验组中4种粘结材料间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。硅烷偶联剂的应用提高了4种粘结材料的剪切强度。结论:硅烷偶联剂可提高Mark Ⅱ瓷的粘结强度。
Objective: To evaluate the shear bond strength of silane coupling agent to VITA Mark Ⅱ machinable ceramics. Methods: Seventy-two ceramic slices were randomly dividied into two groups after polishing and acid etching. Silane coupling agent was utilized in experiment group while not used in control group. Four subgroups were cemented with four bonding systems (RelyX Veneer, Panavia F, RelyX Unicem and 13eautifil Flow cooperated with FL-BOND). Shear bond strength was determined on an universal testing machine. The bonded surface was examined with SEM. Results: It was found that there were no significant differences between RelyX Veneer, Panavia F and RelyX Unicem, the values of which were higher than that of FL-BOND+Beautifil Flow without utilizing silane coupling agent(P〈0.05). No significant differences were found after utilizing silane coupling agent between the four bonding systems (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Silane coupling agent can significantly increase shear bond strength to VITA Mark Ⅱ machinable ceramics.
