两种硅烷偶联剂对纤维桩和树脂水门汀粘结强度的影响

摘要 目的探讨两种硅烷偶联剂对石英纤维桩与树脂水门汀粘结强度的影响。方法将30个石英纤维桩分为3组,分别为对照组、Porcelain bond activator双组份硅烷偶联剂处理组(PBA组)及Monobond-S单组分硅烷偶联剂处理组(MS组),与树脂水门汀粘结后测定微拉伸粘结强度,测试后的断裂试件在体视显微镜下放大40倍观察其断裂方式,对微拉伸粘结强度进行统计学分析。结果3组纤维桩与树脂水门汀之间的平均微拉伸粘结强度为对照组(13.26±3.09)MPa,PBA组(12.73±3.89)MPa,MS组(18.74±6.93)MPa。统计学分析结果显示MS组微拉伸粘结强度显著高于PBA组与对照组(P<0.01),PBA组与对照组的微拉伸粘结强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各组内主要的断裂方式均为粘结破坏。结论使用Monobond-S单组分硅烷偶联剂对石英纤维桩表面进行处理,可以增加纤维桩与树脂水门汀之间的粘结力。
