摘要
目的:研究温度变化对3种瓷贴面黏结剂颜色稳定性的影响。方法:用V ita T4透明瓷制作直径为10.0 mm,厚为0.50 mm的试件30个,随机分成A、B、C 3组,A组采用EB化学固化黏结剂,B组采用RelyX Veneer光固化黏结剂,C组采用RelyX ARC双重固化黏结剂,均与玻璃底座黏结。然后用分光光度仪测量冷热循环前后的L*a*b*值,结果采用SPSS 10.0软件分析,比较3种黏结剂的颜色稳定性。结果:冷热循环前、后,A、B、C 3组各自的L*a*b*值均有显著性差异(P<0.05),平均△E值分别为3.10、1.41和1.43。与冷热循环前相比,3组的明度L*值均有显著降低,a*、b*值则有所增高。结论:EB化学固化黏结剂因颜色变化过于明显而不适宜做贴面黏结剂;RelyX veneer光固化黏结剂和RelyX ARC双重固化黏结剂虽然会发生一定的变色,但是基本能够满足临床美学要求。
AIM:To evaluate the color stability of three bonding agents of porcelain veneers after thermal cycling. METHODS:Thirty round porcelain specimens with 10 mm in diameter and 0.50 mm in thickness were fabricated with vitaT4 transparent porcelain. They were divided into 3 group randomly:Group A for EB resin (self- cure) , Group B for RelyX Veneer bonding agents (light -cure) ,and Group C for RelyX ARC bonding agents (dual- cure). Specimens were luted on glass base with corresponding bonding agent respectively. Spectrophotometer was employed to obtain L^* a^* b^* values of each specimen before and after thermal cycling. All L^* a^* b^* values were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 to compare the color stability of the three bonding agents, RESULTS:There were significant differences in L^* a^* b^* values of three bonding agents before and after thermal cycling ( P 〈 0.05 ). The average A E value was 3.10,1.41 anti 1.43 respectively. The L^* value of three bonging agents decreased significantly after thermal cycling. However,the a^* ,b^* values increased. CONCLUSION:The color change of EB resin was so great that it is not suitable to the clinical use, RelyX Veneer and RelyX ARC bonding agents have some color change,but they can satisfy the clinical aesthet-ic demand on the whole, More study is necessary to get more suitable bonding agents for luting porcelain veneers,
