PMBP缩2-氨基苯并噻唑席夫碱及其稀土配合物的合成与表征 被引量:3

Synthesis and Characterization of Schiff Base Derived from PMBP and 2-Aminobenzothiazole and Its Rare Earth Complexes

摘要 在非水溶剂中合成出1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5(PMBP)缩2-氨基苯并噻唑席夫碱(HL)及其8种稀土元素配合物。由元素分析、络合滴定法和摩尔电导值推测出配合物的组成通式为RE(L)2·2H2O[RE=Eu,Tb,Sm,Dy,La,Nd,Pr,Gd],通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、热重谱和液相色谱-质谱联用技术对配体和配合物进行了结构表征。表征结果显示:配体在测试条件下以酮式和烯醇式结构共存,配位时酮式可能转化为烯醇式结构按去质子的方式以两分子吡唑啉酮环羟基上的两个O原子和两分子H2O上的两个O原子以及亚胺基和苯并噻唑环上的4个N原子与稀土中心离子成键,配合物的配位数均为8。 A novel Schiff base (HL), derived from 1- phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-pyrazolone-5 (PMBP) and 2-aminobenzothiazole, and its eight rare earth comple-xes were synthesized in a nonaqueous solvent. The general formula of the complexes was confirmed to be RE(L)2.2H2O [RE =Eu, Tb, Sin, Dy, La, Nd, Pr, Gd ] based on elemental analysis, complexometric titration and molar conductance value. Their molecular structures were characterized by IR, UV, TG and HPLC-MS. The results showed that the novel ligand coexisted in ketoform and enolform structure under the measuring condition. The former structure might change into the latter structure after coordination and bonded with rare earth central ion by two 0 atoms of hydroxyl groups of pyrazolone ring and two 0 atoms of two H2O and four N atoms of imido group and benzothiazole ring. The coordination number of all above complexes was eight.
