摘要
合成了由硫代对称二氨基脲和α-乙酰吡啶及邻氯苯甲醛缩合的两种新的含硫希夫碱配体,及它们与Mn(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)的配合物,所有化合物用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外一可见光谱、磁化率、摩尔电导等测试进行了表征.对某些配合物还进行了生物活性的初步试验。
From thiocarbohydrazidc, α-acetylpyridine and o-chloro-benzaldehyde, two new Schiffbases containing surfur were synthesized. With these Schiff bases ligands, the complexes of CoⅡ), Mn(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ), and Zn(Ⅱ) were prepared. Ligands and their complexes were characterized by clemental analysis, IR, UV-Visible spectra, magnetic susceptibility andconductance mcasurements etc. The results show that the ligand derived from α-acetylpyridinebehaves as quadridentate, but the other derived from o-chlorobenzaldehyde coordinates tometal ions in varied forms. For some complexes, the biological achvity was examinedpreliminarily.
