摘要
RNA干扰(RNAi)又称转录后基因沉默,是一种特异而有效的阻断靶基因表达的新技术。目前广泛地应用于生物体基因功能研究和多种肿瘤研究。在胃癌方面,针对胃癌化疗多药耐药、胃癌相关基因功能及胃癌基因治疗等进行了积极的探索,并取得了一些突破性的进展。
RNA interference is also called posttranscriptional gene silencing. It is a new technique that can interrupt the expression of target gene effectively. Currently it have been applied in researches on function of organism and tumor extensively. There are many advanced researches on multidrug resistance in chemotherapy of gastric cancer, as well as gastric cancer related gene therapy and breakthroughs have been made in the researches.
