摘要 目的观察2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的改变。方法临床随机选择40例2型糖尿病患者为糖尿病组和32例正常体检者作为健康对照组。测定血管内皮指标:血清内皮素-1(ET-1)水平、一氧化氮(NO)水平、总一氧化氮合酶(T-NOS)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的活力水平。并同时测定空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、腰臀比、体质量指数、血压。结果糖尿病组ET-1高于健康对照组,而NO、T-NOS、iNOS低于健康对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素相关分析发现,血清ET-1与HbA1c呈显著正相关,而NO与HbA1c负相关。ET-1与NO水平显著负相关。结论内皮素-1、一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)参与了2型糖尿病血管病变。 Objective To observe the vascular endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 40 patients of type 2 diabetes were randomly selected into treatment group,with 32 normal subjects into control group. Test vascular endothelial indicators ,with the levels of endothelin-1 ( ET-1 ) ,nitric oxide(NO) ,total nitric oxide synthase(T-NOS) and induce nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) included. Additionally, fasting plasma glucose, 2 hours postprandial plasma glucose, HbA 1 c, waist-to-hip ratio, body mass index, blood pressure were also measured. Results Serum ET-1 level was higher in diabetics group than that of the control group, but NO, NOS, iNOS in case group were significantly lower than that of the control group. The serum ET-1 were significantly positive correlated with HbA1c,while NO was significantly negatively correlated with HbA1 c. That was the same condition between ET-1 and NO. Conclusion Endothelin-1 ,nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) played some important roles in the procedure of vascular lesion in type 2 diabetic patients.
