摘要
目的 :探讨重组人脑利钠肽联合厄贝沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将我院2012年1月~2014年12月收治的110例充血性心力衰竭患者平均分为两组,对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,研究组采用重组人脑利钠肽联合厄贝沙坦治疗。对比两组患者治疗1月后的超声心动图、血清生化指标及安全性。结果 :通过1月治疗后,研究组患者超声心动图指标明显优于对照组,血清内皮素-1(eT-1)、去甲肾上腺素(ne)、抗利尿激素(adh)显著低于对照组,两组之间的不良反应发生率无统计学差异。结论 :重组人脑利钠肽联合厄贝沙坦可有效改善充血性心力衰竭患者的超声心动图与血清生化指标,且安全性良好,值得在临床实践中推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with Irbe-sartan in the treatment of congestive heart failure. Methods 110 hospitalized congestive heart failure patients of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were divided two groups, patients in control group were treated with Irbesartan, while pa-tients in research group were treated with human brain natriuretic peptide combined with Irbesartan. After 1 month of treatment, compare the echocardiography, serum biochemical indexes and safety of these two groups. Results After 1 month of treatment, the echocardiography indexes of research group were considerably better than control group, serum ET-1, NE and ADH were significantly lower than control group, there was no statistical difference in adverse effect between these two groups. Conclusion effectively improve echocardiography, serum biochemical indexes and have high safety in the treatment of congestive heart fail-ure, and thus worth to be popularized and applied.
